If you have bought user support and need help, you can contact us all weekdays between 6:00 am and 9:00 pm, Fridays until 8:30 pm. In case of urgent need for help, please call us, so we can take care of your problem as soon as possible.
E-mails received outside opening hours will be responded to on the next coming weekday.
If you call between 5:00 pm and 9:00 pm on weekdays, you might experience longer response times on the phone. If the line is busy, please leave a message and we will call you back as soon as we are available.
