A targeted effort has significantly increased customer satisfaction.
At Unit IT, we continuously work to improve customer satisfaction using Service Excellence and Net Promoter Score (NPS). We therefore ask our customers about their experience with us and if they would recommend us to others.
The NPS scale range from minus 100, if all customers are Detractors, to plus 100 if all customers are Promoters.
Milestone reached in 2018
In 2016, the management of Unit IT made a very ambitious target of reaching an NPS of 70. Simply because they thought that Apple had a fabulous support and Apple’s NPS score at that time was 70.
In June 2018, we reached our target with an NPS result of 73. We are very grateful for the good descriptive feedback and the input we receive along with the score, which we act upon directly. We are dependent on having happy customers, and we continuously strive to improve ourselves, so your meaning is important to us.
