IT-hjælpen er nær

Hos Unit IT arbejder vi toholdsskift, så vi sidder klar ved telefonen og tastaturet alle hverdage fra kl 06:00 til 21:00, fredage til 20:30, så du kan få enkel og effektiv it support i en fart. Derudover kan du selvfølgelig tilkalde os for support døgnet rundt og året rundt via vores vagtordning. Vi lader dig aldrig i stikken.

Hosted or on-site – we support you regardless

You are welcome to use our expertise regardless of your problem’s scope and character. Have you forgotten your password? Or is your organisation’s IT threatened by a critical breakdown? When you call Unit IT, you receive quick and competent support. All our employees speak Danish and English.

If you have a hosted solution at Unit IT, you can buy a support agreement covering e.g. user creation and user changes. If you wish, you can get a user support agreement*.

Support is SPOC (Single point of contact) on all enquiries from customers who have bought a user support agreement.

Please note: E-mails sent outside our opening hours will be responded to on the first coming weekday. In case of urgent need for help, please don’t hesitate to call us, so we can handle your problem as soon as possible.

* User support agreement applies within normal workhours. Outside normal workhours, we kindly refer to our emergency response service. Enquiries regarding user support are not covered by this service and the price is double hourly rate.
